You’d never believe it was possible when the regular season started last year, but the Philadelphia Eagles have managed to accumulate eight picks in the 2017 NFL Draft. The whirlwind began following two trades that locked them into the second pick that would eventually become quarterback Carson Wentz, but prior to the start of last year’s regular season, they traded away the man we thought would be the starting quarterback, Sam Bradford, to get back into the first round.
While, they weren’t awarded any compensatory picks from the NFL, they did strike gold this week.
