The Oklahoma Sooners were down in the recruitment for 2027 consensus four-star edge rusher Zane Rowe, but never out.
After decommitting from the Sooners in January 2025, Rowe is closing in on his next decision, and OU is in the mix again, along with Oregon, Washington and North Carolina. According to Rivals' Sam Spiegelman and Hayes Fawcett, Rowe will announce his second commitment on Friday, March 13.

Rowe was initially the Sooners' first 2027 commitment for what has since developed into the best recruiting class in the country with 13 commits.
