The Indianapolis Colts announced that they have signed OLB Arthur Miley to their practice squad on Tuesday.

- WR Dres Anderson
- LB Joshua Perry
- G Isaiah Williams
- OT Andreas Knappe
- DT Jeremy Liggins
- WR Kolby Listenbee
- OLB Arthur Miley
Miley, 24, originally signed on with the Panthers as an undrafted free agent out of Southern University back in May of 2015.
