HOUSTON -- Through five weeks, Houston Texans running back Lamar Miller had played well, but he was unable to put together a breakout performance.
Miller did just that in Sunday night’s 26-23 victory against the Indianapolis Colts, running for 149 yards on 24 carries. He added 29 receiving yards and scored two touchdowns, including Houston's first rushing score of the season.
"I thought Lamar was offensively one of the big differences in the game," Texans head coach Bill O’Brien said. "He just kept at it. He’s a heck of a football player and he had a good night.
